Frustrated trying to get Designer Clowns

Didn't realize it is SOOOO hard to get some Fancy white (Sustainable Aquatics) / Davinci (Sea and Reef) clownfish for WYSIWYG...

Tried calling a bunch of LFS and no one had them in stock...

Spoke w/our sponsor Clownaquatics but they are in the process of trying to open up their retail store and don't know when they will be recieving another shipment...

Only other place is AlphaAquacultre online and they sell theres for literally 2 to 3 times the price of any other place and just isn't worth it...

Sorry for the rant...

Any suggestions?

 

My suggestion is simple as pie... Go though the biggest, and best aquaculture company on planet earth !!!

ORA have been doing this much longer than anyone else and the animals they provide are only of the highest quality...

 

You could also try iBluewater - HOME , they are another sponsor here with a ton of clownfish,

 

ORA won't sell to individual customers- you need to be a merchant. They will tell you who sells their fish in your area though.

Also, maybe try R&R Aquatics? They are local to North Jersey- never dealt with them, but hear that they usually have a decent ability to get stuff. You could also try calling Sustainable Aquatics and Sea & Reef and ask them for local vendors as you are trying to buy their clownfish.

Thanks Astrick, I prefer the Sea and Reef due to a darker orangish color slightly over the SA (even though yours are amazing).

I am in touch w/R&R but he is waiting to sell the 2 pairs of clowns he has before he places another order :-/

That's two minor mistakes in one day you caught me on!! Almost prize worthy

 

Bummer- I had a similar issue and had to wait/ work with Clown Aquatics to get mine.

 

Alphas are properly priced, but they only sell nice grade A's and extremes.
I know a person around here who almost always has some, PM for more.
