frustrated

i have an order from live aquaria that is on the fedex truck for delivery since 8:00am this morning and still is not here. the kicker is the fedex facility is just a 1/4 mile up the road from me go figure. the closest place to them is the last delivered. next time i think i will just tell them that i will pick it up from them instead of them delivering to me. for some reason they always say that they have a hard time finding my house yet i get some sort of delivery through fedex at least once a month.

With the delivery companies it is often best to arrange for Hold at local facility for pickup. Especially with livestock in the winter season - you are assured that your package is held in a climate control facility.

 

just a thought but wouldent it be better for the live stock in the long run anyways

 

yep and next time thats exactly what im gonna do. this is crazy.

 

just now arrived and everything is alive. time for acclimation.

 

ya, I go get my stuff even though they are not far. If I don't it will come around 4pm, but I can go pick it up at 5 am most of the time.

 

how do you arrange to pick them up? do yyou just call the facility?
