the black sand really shows off the colors.a black back ground would show them off well too

 

You'll learn to , with these types of softs well most all soft corals they multiply so fast and often they will over run the system. But the tank looks great .. very healthy looking corals Bad about the dark sand is there is limited to no light reflection back up under the corals . Not so big of a dead with softs . But if you ever move to other types you might want to go to a white sand .

 

i didnt even think of that, i am hoping with the Halide it wont be that big of a deal but im not going to find out anytime soon ;D thanks for the heads up though!
