Alright I picked up an 18 inch hang on refugium for free the other day, now I've just gotta hook it up, no room to hang it on the back of dt so gonna hang it on the front of my sump. Which means a small pump in the overflow area of my sump feeding water to the fuge and than overflowing straight back into the sump again. Only way I can do it really. Now my two questions are what light is best? I just got a freebie from work, it's a 6 watt t5. Is this okay? Too much? Not enough?
Also what's the ideal setup, I would like to grow pods and chaeto, so live sand live rock rubble and chaeto the best option?
