    Thanx ziggy..

As it sets now, the fuge light goes out when the lunars come on...then back on again in the am...so off for about 8 hrs...Will this hurt the fuge process I guess is my question.
    Thanx
Hope the blind one is coming along.. : (

    Thanx again.

You should run a reverse light cycle so bring the fuge lights on about 1 hr before the day time lights go out to let the algae perk up and run them for about 9 hrs.

That's how I run mine too. Tank lights off at 9pm so fuge light comes on at 8:30pm. Tank lights come on at 11:30am so fuge light doesn't shut off until 12 noon.

Reverse daylight is best!!! Replenishes depleted oxygen levels in your tank, especially with a deep sand bed and large bioload. Macro going sexual by limited lighting can also become a problem!
