are you running an in sump skimmer or an external skimmer? you need roughly 5.5g for your fuge itself on a 1/10 scale an based on your dimensions you have 11.2 total gallons thats completely full. but, you need to leave room for overflow problems...what is the footprint on your skimmer?

You don't have to go with 1/10 of your tank size for a fuge, you can go as big as you want. I have a 10G fuge for my 20G tank, there is nothing that says you can't go bigger. The dimensions of the area you have to work with are roughly a 20G tall tank. You can take a look at my pics for ideas, though you will probably want to go with an in-sump skimmer. With 10G I didn't have enogh room for that, so I had to stick with my CPR HOT skimmer.

no, i was saying the minimum he should go is 5.5g(for the fuge itself) i wasnt sure if he wanted to put his skimmer on one end and the fuge on the other or if he wanted strictly a fuge tank or if he had any type of design in mind thats all...i have a 120 and my fuge side of my sump is closer to 20g.
