Nice setup, can't decide if I want to do this or just add a fuge to my proclear wet/dry...

I actually had a Proclear wet/dry but after switching to this, things have been great. The fuge looks very dirty now but my tank is spotless. No algae issues at all. By the time you figure out a way to drill and everything for an add on fuge it might be easier just to but some glass baffles for cheap from a glass shop and make a nice sump/fuge. This was my first one and it turned out great, couldn't be happier.

what thickness glass did you use for your baffles? Lowes can actually cut glass here but they only cut 1/16" glass. I have a feeling that is too thin... what do you think?

yeah to thin, I used 1/4" glass. Just google glass shops in your area and call a few. They were only like $4 a piece.
