Hola from Snowy Cleveland, a lovely 19 degrees.

So I finally have a couple starter coral growing for the last couple weeks. What I have so far in my 125g is Anthelia, Zoa, GSP, Pom Pom, Pulsing Xenia, hairy mushroom, red mushroom and Kenya Tree.

I am starting to research as to what I want next and before I do to much, I would like to hear from the forum. (these wouldn't be purchased for a couple months and not at once)

what do you have as far as lighting?

I love my trumpet corals. easy to care for and grow quite rapidly. I would maybe add Acans and Duncans to your list

3 sets of LED lighting. Each light fixture consists of 20 x 3 watt Cree LEDs.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
I like all of them, especially the Lemon Tree Coral, looking at it I would have thought for sure it was a NPS.

since you mentioned a few beginner corals im assuming you are new to coral keeping. A lot of the species you listed are sps variety. Considered much harder to keep. Pristine water clarity, intense lighting, and flow will contribute to your success with those corals. Stability is key to, SPS is very sensitive to any param swings, so stable water conditions are a must. the lighting sounds fine, how much turnover do you have in your tank. For my sps i have about 70x turnover. I run 2 mp10wes on a 30g.

    very nice list there btw.

Oh wow, I did not realize that. I tried to get soft corals that werent considered SPS and I wanted some LPS. I believe my turnover rate is about 30-40x. Currently running 2x Nano Korilias (425) 2x 1400 Koralias, a MJ 1200 and my return pump that is a 600. thanks for the imput

ya prob got enough flow! You're lights should be ok! may have to put high light corals uo higher in the tank! But i think you'll wanna wait awhile for your tank to mature and get a good pod/phyto etc population before dropping that on some corals! Enjoy learning! Maybe get some shrooms/ a hammer/torch/frogspawn! Xenya(be careful they can grow like wildfire but are fun as heck to watch! Then maybe some acans/favia and others down the road!

    Happy researching!

I may have to look into getting a hammer/frogspawn.

Although your coral choices are quit nice, the Acros have certain parameter needs that your softies and LPS don't. Most softies and LPS do quit well with less then perfect water conditions. Where as the Acros need a more cleaner and stable water. Especially if you want their true colors to show ;)
