It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Are there any corals in this tank?
Is the other tank still running? Would it be better to move them to the old tank and run hyposalinity or too stressful. Angels are pretty sensitive to Copper.

pulled the tang out of the tank a little while ago. The Large passer appears to be next... I am almost thinking the Harlequin tusk is going to make it. The rest fo the fish appear only mildly impacted- so far.

    Not a good week...

"*I quarantined everything and the tank the other fish came from never had any disease."

That's exactly how my fish got ich. QT'd everything with copper and Prazi....except the last fish. My FOWLR system has been dosed twice with Cupramine. Reef systems seem to have a better chance for the fight-it-off scenario. FOWLR's need treatment asap IMO. Angels and wrasses are more sensitive, but if copper levels are monitored closely, they come out OK. My Blueface had no issues, Emperor had minor HLLE that went away in a short time. Copper can be removed with Cuprisorb.

The rock is covered in cabbage coral. I would dose anyways but I think the die off would cause issues

You're in a pickle there. Any cycled filter media that you have or could borrow from a fellow reefer?

you have been so cautious and careful. So sorry to hear about the issues. I'm sending you some karma that you're able to get it under control.

Is it possible to remove the rock with the cabbage or is it on all of the rock? Dosing in tank sounds like the best option if that's possible.

what kind of media do you mean? I have another established tank but this one has very established live rock.

Thanks, something must of stressed the fish and I couldn;t get one out which added to the issues I am sure

Tusk died now too. I am at the point where I am just sick to my stomach and really don't care right now
