garden eel???

    so in the sand of my 135 the other day i saw something sticking out of the sand with 2 eyes, and a mouth, and he was swaying (the half of his body not in the sand) and was like greenish with like black bands or something,


    garden eel possibley???

    garden eels are yellow and whitish. Saw about 200 hundred of them yesterday at the aquarium ;)

    Actually, after getting rid of my snowflake when I saw how big they get, the garden eel sounds like a good alternative.

    Where do you thihnk he came from ?

    Garden eels come in many different colors mainly depending on where they came from, the ones that are in question sound like the ones that come from Florida around the keys. I have a friend that has some.

    I would like some but they required a really deep sand bed.
