I recently had one of my clowns get eaten by a nem that had just contracted ich : ( And, i also had to return another fish that was the same price. So is an impulse of stupidity, i got another clown forgetting about the ich. So I plan to feed him garlic while doing half doses of ich-x in the tank. If I see ich popping up again, i plan to do some Ich-X dips as the bottle says you can do dips in double strength/dosed water. So, my question is: How do i prepare garlic for my fish?

PS: I feed him Hikari Marine pellets as this diet does wonders for my damsels and wrasses in my FOWLR.

if your going to use fresh garlic - then all you need to do is put it in a garlic press and collect the liquid that gets pushed out

soak your pellets in this liquid for a few mins until they are water logged (garlic logged )

and then feed them to your fish

+1 to steve. They also make a cconcentrated garlic by Kent marine. Very potent stuff! It's about $20 at the pet store and I love it, a little pricey but I've had mine for five months now and barely made a dent in it
