Quick question. After soaking the food in garlic do you drain the water or put it in the tank with the food? The fish seem to love the garlic soaked food!

I normally put a couple of drops in a clean plastic beaker (the small type you get with medicines or supplements along with pellets, allow it to soak a few minutes
and then put the beaker into the tank allowing the pellets to float out

with frozen foods, I thaw the cubes 1st in the beaker, pour the liquid out and then add a couple of drops of garlic - before doing same as above

I been simply letting frozen foods thaw out in a lil bowl with buncha of garlic extreme and selcon. Once it's all nice and thawed and had 15mins + to soak, i add a tiny bit of tank water to get it fully up to temp.

Then i feed everything (liquid + food) to the fish guys, one spoon at a time to make sure they clean it up first.

    They seem to luv it.

    Is it bad?

Yeah, my fish love it! I just didn't know if I should drain the Garlic water or add it when feeding flakes.

I normally drain alot of the water anyway to get rid of the excess little bits of food when using the cubes.

Huh. I was thinking of getting some, but wasn't sure if it was a waste of money. Since this stuff is pricey...

Yeah I agree, it's well worth the money you spend. I've had mine for quite some time and there's still alot left! I have a dedicated tuperware for my food, I put some mysis, brine, emerald entree, blood worms and a fee other frozen goods in. Let it thaw and add the garlic and some tank water, keep it refrigerated and it's always ready.
