mine is pmasi, pittsburgh marine aquarium society. they are great. i plan to go the 21st of april. i already emailed them a while ago about joining but never went because i didnt have my saltwater aquarium then. i found it by typing in pittsburgh aquarium clubs on google. im almost sure they would have one in california

 

Yes they definitly should! There was a huge frag expo in the beginning of mar h, but i was very busy that weekend ill type it in and see what i get. Ill post what i get

 

I found the socal marine aquarium society..but not much else. They dont seem to be having any more frag swaps soon either

 

if you go, you can find people who are willing to trade you. it doesnt have to be a frag swap, just talk to some of them and youll make some friends and maybe get some free frags along the way

 

Hmm..but i have nothing to frag! Lol. Maybe the GSP eventually, but thats so common

 

Go slow and let it grow in a few months youll have tome fragable corals. Get some shrooms and zoas man! They grow like weeds and sell really well!

 

I definitly need some zoas for sure. I want to get several small frags, all different colors and let them mix. Could i put them right next to the button polyps?

As for the mushrooms, i havent been able to find a good frag of them anywhere! Its crazy.
