Thats so cool!!! However, id rather go for a reef with 6-7 fish over a fowlr with 1 big boy haha!

Well, we were going to make the swap next weekend-spring break. Unfortunatly, we will be gone every day except for the first few. I dot want to have the reef un-stable then have to leave.

SO, we are going to reak down the 40 this weekend, and everything will be ready for the transfer 2 weeks from that point

Hey amigos, i REALLY want a snowflake eel, and possible an angler and dwarf lionfish. Probably only 2 fish, but they would be ok in a 40 gallon fowler. We estimate it will cost about 200 to get it all set up with rocks and new filter/powerheads etc. is this worth it???????? Should we?? Dont just say yes because it would be cool, i want your financial and understanding viewpoint :) thanks!

    Haha!:) hopefully.

My goal, since i will only have one tank, is to make it as easy as possible as far as work. ATO, sump, protein skimmer, maybe even an auto feeder, the whole bit...eventually!

i think its a great idea, but probably not the best in a financial standpoint. Its pretty expensive to do, and im sure the water changes will become a nuisance. Its a lot easier, but is it worth doing? Plus, im not sure if those fish would work in a 40, i dont really know for sure.

Ya man those water changes would be a $&@!$. Haha i guess we cant do it... I did post a thread on AA, and they said a snowflake eel, small angler, and dwarf lion/blue spotte puffer would be fine. Haha i want it!!!! :(
