theres something wrong. did you ever get it back up to 26? it wont go down unless you add freshwater. it can only go up and thats because of evaporation. i would find the cause before you change anything.

Your stock list looks ok, I would wait about a year before adding the mandarin though. Make sure you have plenty of pods swimming around first, or else the fish probably wont survive. Make sure when you buy it, it comes from ORA. That would be your best chance of it eating prepared foods.
