Thanks for the link, Gresham. Interesting read...

When they say $125 for a "small size fragment" I'm assuming they mean a 1" frag?

Last frags i sold went for $60-70 for frags the size of a nickel.

No, frag tank is just about ready and I'll get it when it is.
    Thanks

Gresham answered it well! Thanks. Too add to the story,

"Unfortunately, Roland then lost his entire colony of the coral while waiting for a new tank to be delivered. According to Roland, he believes that only Reeffarmers was able to keep fragments of the coral alive. And it was not easy for Reeffarmers to keep our fragments alive. They were unfortunately frequently stung by other corals and did not do well the first year we maintained them. We eventually were able to get both fragments established as they grew some encrusting bases. One of the fragments even began to develop a main trunk and upward branches during the summer of 2005. Reeffarmers never made or distributed any fragments of these corals until we eventually harvested a couple of fragments and traded them back to Roland in late 2005. Roland had recieved his new reef aquarium by then."

Roland made it home with 1 fragment as he called me on his way home from Tyree's and asked me to keep a small booger sized frag just in case. That frag is what you see today!

Thanks and see Greshams post for pricing.
From Tyree? Half inch would be generous from him.

sounds like a trade is in order...
If I remember the rules correctly, shipping is covered by the vacation-er correct?

Very funny Richard! I must say we know a few people who would have been a lot better off had that truly been the rule. A lot of nice tanks have been lost over a vacation. If mine joins them........I guess an upgrade thread will be coming soon!
