    It is ilegal to sale a fish that have been collected in SA
    You can get a paper for $10
    Then you can collece it

    Here its completely illegal. No one has the right to catch an ornamental fish except if he has a permit to catch the fish 'and' has a permit for the 'object'(net etc..) used to collect the fish. In Mauritius there is only 3 company who have the right. But if some1 is willing to take some fish from mauritius, he can legally pass through one of the company. I think its good to have strict laws to protect the fish.
