    From the Action Panel, select Edit Profile. On the Left side of this window click "List Subscriptions".

    Check the ones you don't want, then in the selected threads box on the bottom there should be a delete option.

    -List Subscriptions (on the right)
    -Check off the thread(s)
    -Use the drop-down box at the bottom
    -"Delete Selection"
