Wanted to see how everyone had their Calcium Reactors dialed in. I have seen a bit of variance on this and it was recommended to keep the ph controller at 7.5 and I drip about 50ml a minute into the sump with approx 80-90 BPM.

I have seen some people keep theirs at 6.6 ph with lower BPM and higher flow but I wanted to keep mine on the higher range because at 6.0 ph the media can dissolve rather fast.

    Input is welcome.

A pH of 7.5 isn't going to dissolve the calcium media very well. I would lower it to around 6.8-6.9 personally, low enough to put calcium in suspension without turning it to mush.

I figured as much when thinking that natural ph is around 8.2 and 6.0 would turn it to mush I decided that 6.9 would probably be better than just 7.5. I also increased the output flow as well to 100ml a minute.

Thank you for the input AZdesertrat
