Get ready for lots of pics!)

I FINALLY got around to ordering a new screen for my camera...the one that the fiance broke 2 years ago by hitting it with a cornhole beanbag (i know i am a huge procrastinator...and he is a terrible shot lol)...anyway im excited to take some nice upclose and personal shots that i never could do with my cell camera...mainly because i am supposed to wear glasses or contacts and i dont...so things are not as clear to me as they should be...and now when i need something IDed you dont have to deal with some blurry blob or fuzzy thing that you have to guess at (although props to Coralline...always seems to know the answer no matter how blurry the pic is haha). Anyway just wanted to share because i am proud of myslef that i finally ordered the dang thing hahaha!: Maybe now i will finally get around to ordering that pump so i can get rid of that Excaliber and get my beloved Eororeef back in the water...maybe lol!

Im looking forward to taking them;D! idk how well my camera will handle macro shots, but im excited to try it out and see the results...i only had this camera for like 3 weeks before Joey broke it so i really have no clue how to use it still lol...its been sitting in my desk drawer until a week ago, luckily i still have the manual!

Well not until i can afford the surgery to make me a Reef KING bahahaha, i kid i kid, no since the last time i checked i am not a dude! Im hoping this screen comes in the mail today...they said fast shipping...so im am hoping that means overnight lol!...now i just have to find the charger thing for this lithium battery so i can pop in that screen when it gets here and play photographer!!

Well i got the screen today...installed it...and setback! I must have lost my charger when we moved into the new house...no clue where it is, so i had to order a new one, bah:!!! Anyway since this thread is about pics and there are none heres a crappy cell pic of the new screen in and the broken one out...and yes...that IS a clownfish camera charm...oh the things you can find on ebay lol!

 

Ok finally it is done!!! Now i need to play around and figure out how to take great pics...any pointers? so far most have been pretty crappy but its not the camera...its the photographer lol...so heres some teaser pics and once i figure this out ill post more...too bad the camera doesnt have an aquarium setting lol;D

If anyone knows any tips or pointers to make these look any better please share...like i said i only had this camera a few weeks before Joe broke it 2 years ago lol, so i didnt even have the hang of it then haha!
