Getting a lot of orange dots on glass

    could this be the start of an algae bloom? lights are probably on an hour a day at the most. And these orange dots are really small and i've noticed a lot of these dots all over the glass.

    also if it is algae is it ok if i clean it off the glass or should i leave it alone?
