How long has the tank been set up Armison?

IME, if the tank is over 1 month old, has proven to have cycled (0 ammonia and 0 nitrite)
then many hardy, soft corals should be absolutely fine

    corals such as
Shrooms, Zoanthids, yellow polyps, leather corals, toadstool leathers, Clove polyps, green star polyps, and many others I do not recall right now, would be fine in a set up
    that has definitely cycled

its a 40 breeder i set up a week ago but i used abt 10 gallons of water thats been running for 4 months and 35lbs of live rock with no die off. ive had fish in the 40 for 4 days still no amonia so i dont think it will cycle.

Sounds like some good choices. The best advice, that I know you don't want to hear, is to go slowly. I have a 40 breeder too and I started it only about 8 months ago. I killed a few really cool corals because my system just wasn't ready for them. Other than that, I suggest that you stop thinking about an anemone if you are now. I had one and I just returned it this week. It was constantly moving around, harassing corals, and contributing needlessly to the bio-load of the tank. Stay away from turbo snails and urchins and anything else that will push around your new frags. I know these animals are cool, because I bought them all myself, but they are not worth the hassle when you find your nice new frag face down in the sand. Lastly, don't worry so much about water flow. At first I was obsessed with positioning corals in just the perfect spots so that they didn't get too much or too little flow. I've come to realize now that they will pretty much adapt to whatever they get, within a reasonable range of course.

    Good luck!
    and post some pics!
