Most of those fish I wouldnt personally put in a 30 gallon tank. As for they get pretty big. The clownfish will be the best bet.

There are quite a few fish that can go in a 30G, Basslets, Clownsfish, Blennies, Dartfish, Gobies and some Dwarf Angels etc.

The lowest sized tank I normally See a butterflyfish in is 50g for its minimum size.

I had a Margined Coralfish before it got some disease, and it was in a 90G. And the tank looked to small. The margined coralfish is almost like the copperband.

Butterfly fish are generally a no go with a reef tank, However some have had success with the copperband and margined coralfish. As for growth rate. Couldnt Tell you really. As for Tangs I will let you know that you could buy a nickel sized regal tang and have it be 5-6" in less then a year.

Butterfly are not reef safe or the eel. 150g? What do you think will happen in 2-3 years. You might get bored of the hobby and stuff like that. Treat your fish as a human being. Do you want to be stuck in a cubicle all day?
