    I agree with Alex (did I just say that?!). I have been running EcoBak for a little over a year, and have not refilled my pellets yet. I'm running 250mL I think. I don't run GFO at all. EcoBak pellets have taken care of NO3 and PO4 just fine, and I have a heavy bioload and feed like I'm rich!
