I just install GFO reactor. Im confused little bit now. I use MJ 1200. I read that GFO should not tumble. Just little bit on the top is fine. You don't want to put to much flow so GFO will clogged, witch is not good. When valve is full open GFO raises up those 2" and stays there. On the picture i have that vale open only 25% and little tumbling is present. I think thats how should be but 25% open thats only like 75 g/h from 295 when full speed. Is that ok? What should I do? Please help.

you want a low flow with GFO, you want a look of the GFO boiling so you should be fine with the 25%

someone please chime in if I'm wrong here

TLF recommends something like 60 GPH with their Phosban reactor 150 so you are in good shape. I use a much smaller MJ-400 powerhead and even it has to be valved down a little. More energy efficient and less heat transfer that way.
