    Well, you said it was on just one of your rocks. That will NOT cause a cycle or affect bacteria in any measurable way on 1 rock. If it's a type of Bryopsis that looks similar to hair algae you need to nuke it right away.

    Im not sure what it is, I dont think its bryopsis, doesnt have the fern look... What ever it is, when I added my CUC yesterday, they are demolishing it on the rock

    It was on the one rock, then very very very small amount on the glass, almost microscopic lol but the snails ate that too!
