I was looking in my old GSP (Green spotted puffer) tank, that is now empty because I acclimated him to saltwater, and I seen a lone ghost shimp humming around in there. Apparently they can live in saltwater, I kinda already knew that but I have heard it was a long process. Anyway does anyone know if they will damage any live rock and If it would be a good Idea to add them to my saltwater tank?

All of those little shrimps are scavangers as far as I know, just eat algae and whetever else is lying around.

I had an Amano shrimp in my plant tank for a couple years.. they are similar to Ghost shrimp. My Amano eat algae and loved the sinker food I through in there for my cat fish. I believe they are primarily algae eaters.. of the two it appears the Amano will handle salt a little better..
