over the last few months i've noticed that gold headed goby has been getting very thin, I feed mysis and brine shrimp daily along with flake but he doesn't get a chance as my 9 chromis's get it all before any other fish. Does anyone know of a food that gobies love?? Any info would be great.

Have you tried putting some pellets down by his burrow so he would get them first? I do that for my diamond goby once a week or so, just so he gets a little treat without having to swim up for it.

Sorry, I am looking for the brand. If I find it, I will let you know. I do know that it is NOT just for shrimp. It is similar to the OSI Marine Pellets. I got some from a local reefer and they are just in a plastic bag.

As far as the red slime, I haven't had that problem, but my goby finds his pellets rather quickly and he only has 2 burrows. I will usually only put 1 or 2 pellets down there.

He will also take cyclopeeze straight from the turkey baster....he is still a bottle fed baby.
