Giant aiptasia?

So got some live rock to seed my dry rock and found this guy hiding in one of the holes. He is about the size of a lemon. Is it a huge aiptasia or some other type of anemone?

 

Aiptasia or some other type pest anemone such as majano.

If it were me I would do away with it. Some might wait until to see if it turns into something cool, but I am doubtful it will.

 

Oh no !! That's aiptasia for sure...get the thing injected with a needle full of a vinegar/water solution...

 

Looks more like a majano. But either way I would do away with it.

 

I always preferred the turkey baster full of boiling water method.

 

Its a majano pest anenome. No matter how you do it, just do away with it.

 

Thanks guys. Pulled the rock and broke it in half where the cave was located and tossed the part that had the pest attached.
