Pick a few stores that are in cities close to you. Write down their address. Print out a couple of samples on a COLOR printer and mail it with a properly written business letter. You never know what might result. Either way, what would your costs be to attempt this? $5~$10 Trust me, I would have paid you.....those drawings took me FOREVER!!

I am an architectural technologist and do tons of these drawings for a living. If you are serious and want to do this stuff for real,

Number 1 learn autocad This will be vital if you want to build custom tanks and stuff like that.
Number 2 learn 3ds max this program will allow you to create beautiful renderings that will put sketchup to shame.
Number 3 if your going to design tanks do a ton of research on loads. Load bearing capacities for floors i.e. most houses have wood floor joists which cannot support too much weight in one spot such as an aquairum.

I have a it of experience in 3DS Max...I think my Dad has the student version. I've worked with auto-cad a bit, but need more practice. Taking note of this...thanks.

auto cad is hard to get a first but after a while it is second nature.
It is a great program for making 2d drawings and labeling and dimensioning, also can be converted to 3d quite easily. You have a good talent for design after seeing your creations, keep up the good work.

Nick brought up an AWESOME POINT!!!

You are not an architect. You are NOT working for the LFS's customer, you are merely rendering a drawing for the LFS for proposal purposes based on their plans. Before you give someone something that appears to be an architectural drawing, you need a contract with the LFS that makes this distinction clear.

Thanks for all the interest and input. I think "Concept Reef" sounds like a good name for a company. :)

They look great! My husband knows auto cad plus a few others for his military job and I'm going to have him draw me up a design for a new tank once we get a new house :)
