Hahaha definitely not right now. I am so excited about the possibility of MH lights! I really like the way they look, but I figured they would get too hot and be a pain. Since I have nothing else to do, I am going to do some online research.

They're awesome.. halides are the way to go IMO. Especially on a 90. I have the same fixture, only mine has the PowerCompacts not the T5. I really like it. I do highly recommend replacing the stock MH bulbs, as they're crap. Phoenix 14k's or BlueLife South Pacific Sunlight (SPS) are the way to go.

I was all excited about the Odyssea light and then I read some bad reviews of the brand on this forum. Uh-oh! Now I'm scared!

    Any input?

Nice tug at the heart strings, try ebay. IMO. J/K, if you find a fixture that's great, i hope it works out:)

Whats with the stomach issues lately? I had to go to the hospital twice this month with mine. Mine has been the pancreas, which randomly decided to start digesting itself. It could also be caused by the gallbladder, but I wont know until I can get in for a CAT scan, colonoscopy, and endoscopy. Just remember even if it is your gallbladder, they can go in and tear that sucker right out. It's really common and you'll feel right as rain as soon as it's over. Just try to keep your chin up, stress and anxiety will make the healing process much harder. Feel well soon!

Glad to see your getting a nice gift for you and your tank! Hopefully all pans out well with you.

I personally love my Coralife T5HO's My corals respond great to it, The lighting isnt as dramatic as MH probably would be on my tank, but, I have no complaints with my light fixture.
