    It seems im using the magnet everyday to wipe off the glass. I'm sure this is normal for a cyclign tank but how long willl it last.

    glass algae will actually always be there.. it's just a matter of how often you have to scrape it off.. i have to scrape mine off once every 4-5 days..

    I never scrape mine:) Good cleaning crew. If they cant keep up I just assume Iv overfed and let the algea run its course.
