Glass Baffel Thickness

    Hey Guys,

    stores are closing fast so if i have any hope of doing this over the weekend i need a quick answer...

    Looking to build my sump/fuge, is 1/8" glass thick enough or do i need to go thicker?

    i would go with 1/4 in. my thought is that its more surface area for the silicone to adhere to. so less chance of a leak/fuge blow-out. plus i dont think its that much more money. i got all 3 of mine for like 20.00

    darn... well, looks like this will have to wait till next week then. All the hardware stores only sell 1/8'' and the "Glass" shops are closed on the weekends. How stupid is that.
