in the process of attempting to design and build a tank by glasscages.com they were very rude, ignorant, name calling using vulgarity and hung up the phone on me and refused to do business. never again will i ever promote that company, horrible business etiquette in these bad economic times. they would have made a pretty buck on this deal, oh well.

Let me guess, you were talking to a woman right? And she said "we don't do custom tanks" right?

A buddy of mine had them build him a custom wedge shaped tank and it took a trip down there to get them to do it. that and lots of cash in hand. As soon as he waved a fist full of cash under there noses they are all about helping him.

 

LFS here had issues here with them and their "custom tanks" anyway thier kind of shoddy, the craftsmanship isnt all there from what they said and their support was horrid if you had a problem

DSA does custom tanks may want to find out from them what it'd take

972-205-0700 is their # I know one place here in town has several custom tanks from them and 2 of them I see regularly are 300+ gallon

 

I purchased a 29 gallon aquarium from glass cages and other then some bowing, haven't had problems. (crossing fingers).

 

What size tank were you looking at getting? I know a guy by me just bought a 4 foot cube tank from them. Seemed to be happy, but after finding out the price he paid I thought it was a little high for the workmanship.
