wow, lost this thread for a minute....

So if I have some time this week I will make a batch of shells...

see, I can't just make one... I have to make dozens to get a few perfect ones and a few passable ones. It's such a fast move to coil the glass up that half of them fail at that point, and half the remaining ones fail for some other reason. like I said... LOTS of waste. Time, materials it's all money.

I'll get some shells made up, post a few pics, and if anyone is interested I'll send some out. I can't PROMISE I'll even have time to get on the torch this week. but Thursdays and Saturdays are usually pretty slow... and as long as it's not 100º inside... even with vents and an AC unit blowing full speed it's too hot sometimes.

Servillius - I don't sell much work online right now, as I barely keep up with work for shows and galleries I'm in... I'd like to get out to Houston some time and find a good craft fair to get in on... know any? Anyways, what is online for sale is at this site: Doug Harroun Marbles For Sale Photo Gallery by Brian Bowden at pbase.com

but looking at it, looks like he sold them all, I should call him... :p one left!

    Thanks!

    I'll return!
