I have A question about scratches in glass tank, Is it possible to get them out after tank is up and running ? I know I should have done it before setting it up however when cycling I did not look close enought to be bothered now it bugs me so any chance or just have to deal with it, not many but enought to see when up close

To my knowledge, theres no way of fixing those scratches, either full or empty. Luna

no you cant fix scratches in the the tank underwater. i wouldn't try it with out thoroughly cleaning the whole tank after repair is completed. you probably can fix scratches out side the tank

if the scratches are outside the tank, there are several products you could try that fix scratches. They are meant for eyeglasses but you could try it on your tank.
