Glass top and metal screen for Rimless tank

Should i have these done while still on the factory floor, for a perfect fit.

    Or if something spooks them, especially at night. Which could be a variety of things, real or perceived.

    Expecting wild animals not to follow their instincts is a bit of an inane concept to me.

    All tanks with fish should have something to keep them in the tank when they jump (not if).

    Clear plastic mesh is a fine choice.

    I had a clown, goby and shrimp jump from my tank in the last 2 months and I assure you it wasn't from aggression or bad husbandry; my tank has never been in better shape I went 3 years without an incident prior to now. Call it what you want, but it does happen.
