    ah so you actually feed them, Iv always been of the school of thought that if a larger fish is present (usually a tang) in the tank, the fish waste produced is more than enough organic matter for the corals to feed on..... how do you control nutrient levels (no3, po4)

    I don't targetfeed my corals.
    I don't do wc to remove my wast products, instead i dose iron and carbon and use a powerfilter

    I add phosphate and nitrates to my tank to keep it available for the corals..
    Seems contradictory but it works just fine.
