Glofish

Hi, I have a 10 gallon freshwater, and I have quite a few danios. Almost ALL of mine have had babies. Here's what you need to do. It's not a real person so you don't have to do anything special to the fish if it's pregnant. You may begin to see little specs ( the babies ) floating around the tank. if so, try to take your net and net them out carefully and put them in a quarantine tank ( in this case, probably a 1-5 gallon tank ). You feed them just like a normal fish, just make sure to pay extra close attention to them. Once they get bigger, you can put them back in the 10g with all the other fish, or else, when they're small, the bigger fish will EAT THEM! TRUE! Other fish will take these small guys as bait! And your all set! Good Luck!;D

 

If you have fry, you can put them in a breeder box- and don't need an extra tank. That is what I do with my FW fry.

 

The glofish are genetically engineered and they are also sterile so even if it does lay eggs they arent going to hatch
