What is the best way to do this? I am using Super Glue Gel. Is it best to dry off the frag a bit before I glue it? The first time I glued it...the frag fell right off the rock. I guess I'm kinda nervous to let it sit out of the water long enough to dry the frag, glue it, and let the glue dry.

I always dry the frag off where I plan to apply glue. The slime that SPS corals produce when out of the water is a sunscreen of sorts so don't worry about it being out of the water for a minute or so.

I dab mine dry and put a good glob on there then back into the tank and to the rock it goes. rub it around a little so you break the surface tension on the glue then hold for 10 seconds and see if it wiggles if not, leave it. if so, hold it a little longer.
