Gobies

I got my goby, the diamond watchman, I call him "Neil" he eats everything in sight, hasn't stopped working since he got in the tank. Unfortunately my fine, unrinsed sand has become a huge mess, but I'm hopeful the fine dust will filter out in the next week or two. It's clear when I wake up after he's been sleeping. The first night he was in there he dug 4-5 burrows I got nervous because he was digging in my Yasha's territory, but it seems like she chases him out at night, or maybe her pistol shrimp does. I'm hoping the little guy is still alive in there with her, haven't seen him since I dropped him in Has anyone ever had their gobies become friendly?
