Goby floating on the surface?!

Fish occasionally get infections or swallow air bubbles at the surface that. This affects their swim bladder so they can no longer control their swimming fully, sure they can swim a bit when disturbed but they will always go back to the same position. I had this happen with a coral beauty before. Feeding it peas soaked in garlic will help. This is the method I used and people I know have used with this exact problem. The garlics sole purpose is to make the peas more enticing to the fish.
