    Hey guys,

My mandarin "pshycadelic" goby was eating pods for a while and was looking very healthy. Over the last few days, I have noticed that he has not been as active and not eating during the day as much. I am worried about why he isnt eating. There are plenty of pods in the tank. I see them all the time crawling around the glass and rocks. He just seems to not be interested in them anymore.
Just in case, is there any other type of food this guy will eat?

I stock the tank with pods every week and he seems to have stopped eating them. Most people say that its hard to keep a mandarin in a small tank bc you cant keep enough pods.Thats not my problem though...

I would try some frozen brine and see if he goes for them at all. If he has 0 interest and is still not eating pods, he may be a goner :( How long have you had it?

I would have to agree. I have a mandarin and the only time he is not picking is when he is chilling out at night. Mine is kinda fat. They say sometimes a Mandarin will eat brine but not too often. How long was he eating the pods in your tank

Hes been eating the pods in the tank for a few weeks now. He just only stopped recently. He seems to like to just lay down and relax. He occadionally moves and looks for food. Sometimes he eats a little, but i dont understand why he isnt eating more. The pods are there for him...
