These next three are from waaaaay in the back of the vault. So dusted them off and let's give them a "spin" (45s, remember).

The girls dancing here is priceless!

Music is one of my loves. I do tend to love old rock and roll, but I have blues, classical (Mozart is my favorite) alternative, jazz...I will try to put up some "different" genre soon.

Yes, you know....the music now is different and there are so many "types", it is not the same somehow. My favorite period was from 1966 to 1973. I loved the Jazz-Rock fusion that came out of that period and all the "battle of the bands".

Awesome! Songs from back then used to make sense. There were actual lyrics, talent. Most of the drivel nowadays is pointless. I like oldies :)

Wow, you are going a little farther back. I kind of grew up with the big bands but I was like 6 years old! Let me check you out; what is a "licorice stick"?

Yes, yes.....I, being a writer of poetry I gravitate to the lyrics of songs and like you say, now-a-days the lyrics are fairly lame.
