In july ill be going out of town for two weeks. We have someone coming who will feed the fish. So do I just do a big water change right before and be done with it or what? tip advice etc...?

Ill put the food into individual little bags and get her to feed like every other day.

I agree that top off water should be available so that she don't put water straight from the tap in. I would also do a good water change the day before I left and the day after I got back I would do a change. Will she need to empty the skimmer cup? Also where ya goin if I may ask?

I just went to Turks and Caicos for a week. We left my girlfriends sister with the dogs and cats and the 90 gallon. We gave her a quick run down of the equipment, the tank as a whole, and everything in it. Gave a quick idea of things to look for...ex. no flow, the lights not coming on, the skimmer not making bubbles, things dieing or bleaching. I showed her how to clean the glass with the mag float (make sure no sand between that and the glass) we had 7 gallon jugs of top off, made it easy for her to fill into the sump. Pre-made all the food out. I had the lights on timers, if you don't give her a schedule. We drilled holes in our return in case the power went out we wouldn't have a flood, we checked it before we left. We wrote everything down as a reminder list. We did a 45 gallon change on a 120 gallon system the day before, we changed and cleaned every pump, filter pads, filter media.Fed our meaty mixture prior to the change so everyone was full. Luckly we were able to have a local reefer as an emergency contact, we said to call him if the power goes out or things start dieing. Good luck if you have any more questions just ask.
