Like the title says, I am going out of town for 5 days and im worried about feeding my fish, I will feed the fish tomorrow, and friday night when i get home. But they will go mon, tue, wed, and thur without food. I feed every other day, but im still concerned with leaving them that long without eating. Has anyone used a weekend feeder with their reef tanks? I used to use them often when I kept fresh water fish, but never with my saltwater fish.

if you have no f/f/ to help you, call your LFS and ask them- many times for a few bucks they will make sure your tank is taken care of. Whom better could you ask?

Lol. I all my Lfs can't even take care of their own tanks. No less mine! You must have a good one if you could trust them to do that!

your fish will be fine for 5 days, they can live up to two weeks without being ed without any major repercussions, stay away from the weekend feeder. you would be better off just dropping a slab of tuna in the tank. its basically overfeeding
