    Polos, etc. aren't the requirement. Wear a suit and tie, address the judge as "your honor," even if you don't want to. Suit and tie dude - it shows you care. Stand up straight and speak clearly. You'll get points for that. Also if the cop doesn't show up, that is in your favor. Good luck.

    If police doesn't show try to settle for like 10-20 bucks.

    I got a 600 dollar ticket for going 20 mph over the speed limit once. 70 in a 50. I never fought it, I could of paid a lawyer for less easily, still regret it to this day.

    :grinthumbs: I got away with it!!!!!! :D

    im so happy... i asked for a 3111 and they gave it to me! no points and only had to pay court costs $120... Thanks for all your help guys

    I found out here if u mail in the ticket and write the check for a few bucks over when they send a check back don't cash it. For some reason they connot proccess your ticket until that return check is cashed.
