I am super excited you guys. I have been fishless for months because my Maxi mod ate my baby tang and my two cardinals, it was a very sad experience waking up to dead fish. However, I recently acquired a gold rim tang and it is a total pig. It eats frozen Mysis, Emerald Entrees, and Formula 2 for omnivores. My only problem so far is that it won't eat the seaweed off the clip. Is this normal/should I be concerned? If anyone else has this fish or experience with it I would love some advice to keep my sole fish happy.
    Thanks

You can try soaking in garlic to entice his appetite. try wedging the clip in some rocks to simulate a more realistic setting.

Hopefully pics tonight, wifey has the camera at school. I'm sure he will strike a pose since he is very interested in coming out to see me now that he knows the hand that feeds him ;)

Am I misunderstanding, or did you say you Maxi-mini Carpet anenome ate your fish? I kinda think mine may have eaten my first Cleaner shrimp, cause I never found a trace of it.

Oh, now I think you mean using the fan impeller attachment that comes with the Maxijets, right?

I'm using 2 of them, you fish some how got caught in the powerfan?
The slots on mine are about 3/16 wide, they slipped thru there?
