I was just notified that my power to my golden puffer tank was thrown sometime (we are having storms, maybe cat, maybe short in strip) I worked from 8am to 10pm yesterday so I did not look in that room on tanks. This morning running late so just ran out! Last fed on Sunday

Well today we found that the power was off in there and Goldie was lying on the bottom barely breathing! We held her up to the power head (fishy CPR) and she began to breath again. She is still lethargic I am told but hopefully she will pull through. Ph is only 7.4 and apparently no disolved oxygen.

She is breathing very hard right now I am told but holding her own. I am praying that she pulls through as she has been very healthy

I just burped her and she tried to bite me. In my mind, that's a good sign. A couple of hours ago she wasn't even moving her gills and was laying on the bottom. There's still some fight in there.

I've burped her twice. She needs to be burped again but I'm a little torn with, "What is more stressful? Being burped or being partially inflated".

I got the pH up to norm.

She is hanging in there but she doesnt look all that good! She is very bloated and lying on rocks however she will swim at times. I am not going to feed her tonight as she is not begging and try letting her be! Poor thing...I think she is brain damaged!

She was found on her side lying on the sand not really breathing. I think if she was found a few minutes (or even seconds later) she would have died for sure Thanks Curt (inwall) for finding her!
