    Thank you,

Chelsagrin, how much airflow would you say is enough for the bbs? I have it on running so its bubbling pretty decent but not so its bubbling and creating a full surface agitation if that makes sense?

10 bubbles per second works fine.

Recommended temperature range for seahorse tanks is 68° to 74°, standards or dwarfs. Exception is for temperate tanks where temperatures would be cooler.
While seahorses inhabit warmer water in their natural habitat, that habitat has ever changing water. In our captive tanks, the warmer temperatures coupled with seahorse eating habits, allows for nasty bacteria like the vibriosis to get a hold on the seahorses. Probably the number one killer of seahorses in tanks.
You will find some people who succeed at warm temperatures, but if you go to seahorse.org where the majority of the worlds seahorse keepers post, you would find that most, like myself, failed multiple times before giving in to the recommendation.
Keeping to the recommendation won't guarantee success, but it certainly helps.

Ahh, no I'm sorry rayjay, I meant for the BBS, not the horses, the horse tank is running about 71, but with the light near the BBS its getting around 82-84. I moved the light a bit and it seems to be a little cooler. I'm sure its fine, just may as well get it right;)

80°F is supposed to be the ideal but I can't see that those temps are going to hurt any, and may speed up the hatch rate some.
I hatch mine out at the 68° to 70°F range as that is room temp but they still have most hatch out in a day.
